NEW STUDENT PASS APPLICATION VIA EMGS ONLINE SYSTEM

All international students pursuing higher education degrees in Malaysia must possess a valid student pass for their entire study period. This student pass can be conveniently applied online through the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) Online System.

To begin your application and your study at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), please follow the steps:

  1. Apply for Visa Approval Letter (VAL). Click here to begin

  1. Once your VAL is ready for download from the EMGS Online System, prepare to travel to UUM. Click here for simple steps before your travel.
