UUM International Faculty Exchange Week 2023 (IFEX @UUM 2023)

Centre for International Affairs and Cooperation (CIAC) will organise the UUM International Faculty Exchange Week 2023 (IFEX @UUM 2023) held on 5-9 November 2023.

IFEX @UUM 2023 is our first-ever program focusing on global collaboration, and we are excited to have six visiting lecturers from our partner universities in Indonesia join us at UUM. There are three from Universitas Komputer Indonesia, one from Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, one from Universitas Islam Indonesia, and one from Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. They will engage with the School of Computing (SOC), School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), School of Applied Psychology, Social Work and Policy (SAPSP), and School of Creative Industry Management and Performing Arts (SCIMPA)

The programme will emphasise cross-cultural teaching and learning, knowledge sharing, and building international connections between the visiting lecturers, UUM lecturers, and students. The visiting lecturers will teach topics in the selected courses and join activities arranged for them by the host schools.

This programme was initiated in early August 2023, with 11 schools participating in developing a course catalogue [click here].
