The U-Assist is known as one stop centre established in Universiti Utara Malaysia under the Department of Student Affairs and Alumni, located at Level 1, Student Affairs Department and will be fully operational in September 2013.
The centre aims to improve the quality of services for students and to reduce bureaucracy. In addition, it facilitates the delivery of information to the students.The over-the-counter services are also available to cater the students’ academicand financialneeds, scholarships and others. In fact, most of the services required are offered at one location.The "One Stop Centre" offers services to be handled by all Centre and Units under the Student Affairs and Alumni Department, Academic Affairs Department, Schoolsand several other departments including the Student Accommodation Centre, Computer Centre, Security Department and Bursar’s Department.

c. APPLICATION FOR STUDENT VEHICLE STICKERS
- “Vehicle sticker” also known as “license” of car to enter UUM Campus.
- A sticker can be used by car only
- A full-time students who use the car is charged RM3/RM100 for a sticker.
d. APPLICATION FOR STUDENT SMART CARD
